is a GIRL!!!

This was the only shot the doctor could get of Baby S. She was moving around so much that the doctor apologized partway through and said she was not going to be able to capture anything good for us to take with this kind of movement. A full hour and all we got was this of her giving us a thumb's up! Not even 20 weeks old yet and she's already giving us trouble... Uh-oh. :-/

The doctor was able to grab all the measurements we needed though to make sure that everything was normal and healthy with our little one! We got to see the heart and the chambers and valves opening and closing. She also pointed out to us her kidneys, little legs, and spine. Everything is looking good and she recommended trying to do a 3D ultrsound around 27-29 weeks if we wanted to get some better pictures.

Although I think this one is pretty priceless. "It's going great in here Mom!" ;-)
